Houston Cinema Arts Festival, a five-day, multi-venue festival offering films and programming, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The festival takes place Nov. 8-12, and there will be a multitude of films and events to enjoy. Tickets are $12 and up, and there are several free events throughout the event.
